Waking up for breakfast this morning you may have eaten cereal, toast and coffee. Having a warm shower with your water heating from natural gas and driving to work powered by petrol in your metal car. 

These commodities make up your everyday life.

Commodities are not something you expect to be related to investing however this can also benefit from the ups and downs of these prices and the shortages and excessive supply and demand.
